Property
Spartan’s Property Team handles the FNOL review of over ten thousand claims annually of which over two thousand new recovery claims are pursued for recovery.

No Fault/Medical Payments

Judicious utilization of arbitration and subro counsel has proven to provide the right balance for cases reaching impasse.
Uninsured/UI
When it has been concluded that an adverse party has no insurance or obvious assets Spartan does not give up and close the file. Superior skip tracing is conducted to locate the tortfeasor and contact is made to negotiate either a lump sum settlement or by working out a long term settlement arrangement by securing a promissory notes and creating installment programs that is affordable for the uninsured party as well as being an acceptable monthly installment payment that will bring resolution to the claim in as short a time period as possible.
Fidelity & Surety Subrogation
Aggressive pursuit against the “principal(s)” or “nonconsensual principal(s)” responsible for the loss as well as any other associated sources of recovery. As with the UI cases we handle, Spartan conducts superior skip tracing to locate the tortfeasor and negotiate either a lump sum settlement or by working out a long term settlement arrangement by securing a promissory note and creating installment programs to promote recovery. Spartan works closely with Police Departments and the District Attorneys’ offices seeking restitution when applicable.
