The Challenge:
This claim was referred to us by our transportation client to pursue an uninsured motorist who had caused substantial damages to the client vehicle. All efforts to confirm third party insurance coverage were exhausted by the client prompting referral to Spartan Recoveries.
The Outcome:
Upon receipt of the claim further investigation and utilization of various search engines resulted in the location of valid insurance for the adverse party. A first report was made to the Adverse Carrier and we were ultimately able to negotiate a 100% settlement with them. By locating a valid carrier we were able to obtain a full recovery which was far better than negotiating installment payments from an uninsured party.
